I represent both purchasers and sellers of every asset class of real property through the entire cycle of a purchase and sale transaction, including (i)  the drafting and negotiation of the letter of intent, the purchase and sale agreement and the conveyance documents such as the deed and other transfer-related instruments,  (ii) the performance of due diligence review and investigation with respect to environmental, property condition, leasing, zoning and entitlements, title and other contractual issues affecting the subject property and (iii) the closing of the transaction which includes the resolution of any issues related to title insurance. To the extent that the buyer requires acquisition and/or construction financing, I am also able to effectively navigate the buyer through the financing process prior to the transfer of the property which includes the negotiation of the loan documentation and the closing of the loan upon settlement. I also have experience structuring real property transactions as 1031 exchanges.
